We teamed up with the University of Vermont to develop an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) system instead of using chemical pesticides to ensure that we produce clean hemp flower and reduce our impact on the environment. Cover-cropping and crop rotation also help to ensure that we're preserving our land for future cultivation. Our sustainability efforts extend beyond our fields. We are a majority farmer-owned company and our starting minimum wage is $22 per hour. We contribute a portion of our sales to organizations working toward worker welfare, land conservation, criminal justice reform and local Vermont non-profits.
